Week five - your challenge is still alive

Hi Challengers

A mere 3 weeks to go.... nearly there!!

This is about where the focus tends to wane and you can slide off the rails a little.... try and remain focussed on the tasks you have set yourself and remind yourself WHY you have chosen those particular goals.... what was it that you hoped to achieve when you embarked on the challenge?

Everyone has done well this week with everyone achieving 60% and above!!

Who's got 70% in them.....??  80%....?  ONE HUNDRED PERCENT???

Thoughts and love going out this week to everyone in Christchurch... fortunately the people we know in the area are all safe and accounted for but it will be a hard road for them all ahead.

Make time this week to take a moment and be grateful for your blessings.

Much love

Week four - half way there....

Hi Challengers!!!

Apologies for the delay in the update department.... Aaannnd because there's been such a delay it's nearly time for the week 5 check in so I'll keep this brief!

Can you believe we're over half way through the challenge already?! Time flies when you're having fun! hehe

Fantastic effort is being put in by everyone this challenge so far.... let's up the anti a little though shall we....
I'd like to put it out there for everyone to aim for getting above 60% each week for the last half of this challenge... NO we can do better than that - let's try and have EVERYONE ABOVE 70% for these last few weeks and finish with a BANG!

I know it's a personal challenge... but hey, I've gotta try and keep you on your toes and aiming high :)

Have a great week (well, what's left of it - check in tomorrow!)

Week Three - done and dusted!

Howdy Challengers!!
Can you believe we're nearly at the half way mark already!?  The past three weeks have just flown past!!
We welcome aboard Stacey, who joined the challenge in Week 3 to participate in a 6 week challenge - good luck with achieving your personal goals Stacey!

I had a fantastic week last week with my Mum visiting... Was awesome to just hang out and spend some quality time together.  Unfortunately the lack of focus on my challenge tasks has caused a downward turn in my graph line - but there's no excuses for me this week and I will be turning that around and am already  on the up and up!

Staying continually motivated, focused and inspired is not always easy.
One minute you are feeling positive, unstoppable and determined to get 100%... but then maybe something happens to dampen your enthusiasm or you just get busy with life stuff (like a holiday or busy social week). Whatever the setback, getting back on track can be a challenge in itself.

If you didn’t have a particularly great week – this isn’t the time to dwell over little setbacks, instead you should use these results to your advantage. Ask yourself, What have I learned this week? What do I need to do going forward?

Life's little roadblocks aren't the end, they're merely part of the journey as you make your way toward your ultimate goal. They're opportunities to tweak what you’re doing in an effort to improve your results and show you what is required to achieve your targets.

Dont forget - there are no winners or losers in this challenge.  This is a PERSONAL CHALLENGE and you have the power to make of it what you will.
You should all be proud of your efforts to date and make sure you take the time to acknowledge your achievements.

Have a fantastic week 4 and I look forward to seeing your results next week!

WeeK 2

Howdy challengers!

What a fantastic effort by everyone this week!!!!  Russell has shown us all up though and has hit 100% !!!  Monster effort boy, well done!!!

The graph looks a little different to usual as I'm on another computer, but wanted to ensure you could see how you were going :)

Keeping it short and sweet this week as my Mum is visiting and we have fun things to attend to..... where's that bottle of wine gone.. hehe
Keep up the good work everyone, you're all doing so well it's great to see you all achieving what you have set out to.

I look forward to seeing next weeks results GO TEAM!!!!
