Week Four out the door!

Well challengers, we are now past the halfway mark.....WELL DONE!!

My apologies for missing the week 3 check in - I was away with no internet access so this week the graph has been updated the the most current check ins I have.
I must say that being away at a work conference really put a damper on my challenge results (as you will see).  It's hard to keep things in your control when you're on somebody else's time and schedule.  Needless to say that this week I've giving it my all to get back up again and get some good results.

2 weeks to go....  or perhaps 4 weeks.... I'm thinking about extending MY challenge for another 2 weeks (normally it's run over 8 weeks anyway) so if you are also interested in extending YOUR challenge, let me know :)

No pressure, I just wanted to get a little more out of what I'm aiming for and feel like I missed a week hence extending mine.  And apparently I've kind of added another challenge - quite a testing one - I'm embarking on DRY JULY!!!  This will be interesting.... BUT I'm determined to stick with it and that will in turn help with achieving some personal goals :)

Everyone is doing so well - you should all be very proud of yourselves!!  Who's going to get 70% and above this week....???

So here's the results and look forward to those lines heading up and up aaanndd uuuuppp.....

Week Two done & dusted

Another successful challenge week down - great work team :)
If your graph line has taken a downward turn this week, try not to let that dishearten or discourage you from giving it your all going forward... instead use the result as a pivot point and this week refocus your energies and work towards getting that line heading back upwards again :)

You will find that some weeks you have more pressing things that occupy your time or perhaps you get taken out by a cold or - well things in life might just hinder some of your efforts - and these things can take precedence over how many ticks you might be able to achieve on your challenge journey. But never let that keep you down!

There are always ups and downs and I know sometimes if you have a bad week you can lean towards the negative, but the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that you're aware of the what you're trying to achieve and are putting in an effort.
So keep up the great effort everyone - give yourself a pat on the back!!

The challenge is designed as a personal journey - and so far you are ALL achieving great results and doing more things for YOURSELF than you were before you embarked on this challenge. So WELL DONE EVERYONE!!!
Have a spectacular week and I look forward to our next check in....

Week One - Over and Out!

Hello beautiful challengers!!!

Soooo..... How did you find the first week? Did you achieve what you had hoped to?

Do you know what, it really doesnt matter if you ticked all the boxes or even half of them... this first week about getting used to the challenge and giving you an idea of what you need to do or how much effort you need to put in going forward.
It’s a starting point that will help you get a feel for how easy or difficult your challenges really are and to give you a benchmark to improve on in the coming weeks.

You should be extremely proud of yourself for taking the first steps towards creating some great lifestyle habits.

OVER 80% HONORABLE MENTION:  Kate!! Well done, that is a fantastic effort for your first week!!

So now you know what needs to be done, what will week 2 have in store for you??
Push yourself to improve on week one and see what sort of results you can get. Remember that as this is a PERSONAL CHALLENGE you are the only person who will fully reap the benefits of your efforts.

Have a great week everyone!!

~Samantha~

PS. I'm going to post the graphs at the bottom of each blog post weekly - as below!
You can click on the graph and it will open up in a bigger format so you can read it properly :)
