WEEK TWO CHALLENGES
Hi Challengers!! How did you find week one? Piece of cake you say... well here you go - WEEK 2 - a little more challenging I hope :)
MIND: Get puzzled!
Using the link below, create your own puzzle! Share your puzzle or your
facebook wall and challenge your friends to see who can complete it first,
or create a personalised puzzle for a friend or family member.

BODY: Get moving!
Make a concerted effort to get off your bum and do some form of
exercise; walk / ride / swim. Aim for at least 20 mins each session.
THIS WEEK increasing to 4 sessions this week. Make a conscious effort
to increase your intensity - add a hill or some stairs to your walk /
pedal faster for a couple of minutes until you're puffing on a ride /
swim one lap faster than the last - you get the idea.
SOUL: Random Act of Kindness!
Do something extraordinary for somebody else. Whether it's someone you
know or someone you don't. We don't need to know what you have done, it
will simply make you feel good on the inside.
FUN: Get Gooking!
Cook a meal that you haven't cooked before. Share the recipe or a photo of your creation on the challenge facebook wall
